Since 2009, the Environmentally Sensitive Areas (ESAs) Study recommend the immediate protection of ESAs by the Minister of Environment using section 96 of the Environment Protection Act (EPA)
Sicne 2009, the Environmentally Sensitive Areas (ESAs) Study recommend adoption of an ESA Act by the Parliament, and already proposed an ESA Bill Draft that have been completly ignored

> Mid-term Action Protection of the Environmentally Sensitive Areas (ESAs) by an ESA Act, discussed and voted in Parliament after public consultation
> In the meantime Setup a Moratory of all EIA License allocations until an ESA Bill is adopted by Parliement
